Part 1: Description and Application
Double Girder Overhead Cranes give a better height of lift in given headroom as the hook travels between the beams. With open winch trolley as its lifting mechanism, they are available in higher capacities than single girder and for heavy duty applications.
Overhead Cranes are available with a huge range of custom options in capacities up to 700t and span up to 60m, helping with all dependable material handling solutions. Our crane provides an excellent overall value.
They are also cab be Custom Designed for severe applications and harsh environments.

-open winch trolley combined with motor, gearbox, hydraulic brake, drum, hook, sheaves, coupling, brake drum etc.
-Rigid box type trolley frame
- Wound Rotor 3-phase asynchronous motor
- Harden Teeth Gearbox
- hydraulic Drum Brake
-Plate-rolled Drum kits
2-End Carriages
-Forged Flanged wheel
-Rigid welded box type beam

3-Griders
-2 main girders are welded box type
-Material: carbon steel with high quality of Q235B or Q345B
-The main girder is connected by strength bolt.
-Weld joint tested by X ray or ultrasonic examination;
